Store Policies
Processing: We are generally able to make product and ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. These are handmade products and almost all items are made fresh, to order. This time frame of 2-3 days may not be applicable to large wholesale orders.
Payments: At this time, we accept credit and debit cards through PayPal. We accept checks on a pre-approved basis from wholesale/retail customers.
Wholesale/Retail: We are generally able to make product and have it shipped, or delivered if local, within 1 week of receipt of your order.
***Retail/wholesale opportunities are only extended to businesses such as boutiques, salons, massage businesses & stores. NO WEB-BASED or Ebay businesses may resell our products or advertise them! All registered wholesale vendors must agree to these terms, no exceptions!***
Discounts/Voucher Codes: Only 1 discount may be used per order. For example, free shipping offers can not be combined with other special discount offers provided via other discount codes.
Returns: We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of the product and for obvious hygienic reasons. We are happy to arrange an exchange or store credit for you. Please email us if you have a concern about our return policy, as we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and will try to provide an alternative that will make you happy! We are, however, unable to refund any shipping charges.
Shipping: As stated above, we are unable to refund any shipping charges. At this time, our method of shipping is USPS and you may choose Parcel Post or Priority Mail from the drop down menu when checking out. When using a free shipping offer, the method of delivery will still be USPS, however, the shipping class is up to our discretion.
Insurance: We offer shipping insurance from the Postal Service and would encourage it if purchasing Body Scrubs, or other products containing liquids. We package all boxes and inspect them before sending to Post Office to insure that they are adequately packaged and in excellent condition. We can assume no liability for damage caused by USPS.
